Rodeo Booth/ Festival Booth

Haven't posted in a while we were preparing for our first booth at the rodeo in town! So we thought we were going to be at the festival area but we ended up being right in front of the arena! This was cool because we got to watch the Rodeo but I'm not sure if it effected our sales since people probably spent money at the festival then came to the rodeo grounds just to watch the games... Who knows,  it was fun anyway!

Our booth set up was really easy and I think really cute! Half of our items are wall hangings so we were having a hard time deciding what to do to display everything. We finally decided on this idea since it seemed the most cost effective and easy.

We bought chicken wire from Home Depot which only costed about $20. Then we hung burlap behind the chicken wire for the shade. If you have a shade for your canopy you don't have to do that but we like the 'country' look. I bought 22 yards from Joanns for about $19. Joanns is awesome because they always have half off or 40% off coupon. All of my items have wall hangers so we just used wire to hook it on the the chicken wire. A roll of baling wire at Home Depot is about $5 and it lasts FOREVER.

As far as hanging clothing  it seemed too expensive for us to find a clothing rack since we only have a small amount a clothing. So I decided to get creative. Most canopies that you use for these events have bars you can tie things on to. I first thought of just hanging the clothing off the racks but It didn't look very nice. So back to Home Depot I went! You can buy plumbing pipes for as little as $3 a foot! You can also buy a really long 6' pipe and they will cut it for you for free! So if you need a longer rack its worth it since its the most cost effective! I then pulled rope through the pipe and tied it to the canopy. I really like how it came out it went perfectly with our rustic country look!

The best part is everything rolls up and stores easily ready for the next festival booth!
